With the battery quick charger AL 1830 CV, users get a powerful charging device.
The system accessory is suitable for all do-it-yourself and gardening tools of the 18 V Power4All system as well as for all Bosch 14.4 V battery machines.
It recharges batteries within a very short time; for example, an 18 V/2.5 Ah battery is 80% charged after only a 40-minute charge time and thus completely ready for use.
As the charger is light and compact, it also takes up very little space and so fits easily into any suitcase when not in use.
The charger AL 1830 CV charges batteries very gently and thus ensures a long service life of the batteries.
Thanks to the intelligent charging process, the device automatically recognises the battery's state of charge and ensures optimum charging of the batteries, regardless of battery temperature and voltage.
Both deep discharge and overcharging are thus prevented.
The battery charge indicators always inform about the current status: when the fast charging process is active, the green indicator flashes quickly, when the charge level exceeds 80%, it flashes more slowly.
When the charging process is complete, they light up permanently.
The permanent illumination of the red battery charging indication in turn signals that the battery temperature is outside the permissible range and the charging process will not be continued until the permissible temperature is reached.
If the red indication flashes, the charging process has been interrupted by another fault.
